Staas and Halsey LLP offers to its clients on-site intellectual property (IP) training programs as well as Internet based seminars that are customized to fit clients’ interests and needs.  Some of the topics and content of the training programs include U.S. patent practice, U.S. trademark and trade secret practices, U.S. copyright practice, litigation, managing IP portfolios, licensing, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) procedures including post patent grant practice.
