Intellectual property practice with Staas & Halsey LLP requires a combination of both technical and legal skills. Therefore, we are seeking associate attorneys and law school graduates with an engineering or science degree, good writing skills and academic credentials, and who are or will become members of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office bar. In particular, we have current openings for law school graduates and for patent attorneys and agents with computer engineering, computer science, and electrical engineering degrees. The firm provides a challenging and dynamic work environment with significant attorney responsibility and independence.  It also provides a mentoring program for less experienced attorneys.
