Attorneys

Sheetal S. Patel was born in Kingsman, Arizona.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  Mr. Patel received a Juris Doctor degree, with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law, from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

During law school, Mr. Patel was a board member of the Intellectual Property Law Student Association.  Mr. Patel also served as a mentor to first year law students and was a student ambassador to the Office of Administrations.

While completing his undergraduate studies in computer science, Mr. Patel was employed at an electronics company specializing in creating automated test scripts for black box testing of various electronic products.

Mr. Patel is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.  Mr. Patel's areas of expertise include the procurement of patents in software and internet applications.

Mr. Patel is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
