Sang Chul Kwon is a patent agent with the Firm.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Korea in 1989, and a Master of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center, N.H., USA in 1998.  Mr. Kwon is also recognized to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Kwon has worked as an electrical engineer in the areas of color printers and has work experience as a patent engineer at the IP Team of Samsung Electronics, Co. Ltd.  He has been involved in licensing programs related to MPEG technology, PVRs, DVDPs and MP3 Players.  He also has experience in searching, preparing and prosecuting patent applications and in licensing areas for electrical and computer engineering, including MPEG technology, Networking technology, Digital TV, personal video recorders, DVD players, MP3 players and analog and digital circuitry.
