H.J. Staas is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Staas & Halsey. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1938. Mr. Staas received both engineering and arts degrees in Engineering Physics and Applied Sciences from Lehigh University in 1960, and a law degree from Georgetown University in 1964.
